Propecia - Hair Loss Treatment
Propecia is prescribed for the treatment of male pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) in adult men only. Propecia, also known as finasteride, is the first oral medication to be approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the purpose of preventing hair loss. The pill usually shows first results after about three to six months since the beginning of the treatment.
